Sports massage is designed to prepare the athlete for their best performance, reduce fatigue, and relieve muscle swelling and tension. During physical activity—especially strenuous—muscle tension builds up in the body’s soft tissues. Due to overextension or overuse, minor injuries and lesions occur in these tissues that can cause a great deal of pain and poor athletic performance.
Sports massage helps alleviate pain and prevent such injuries that greatly affect flexibility, mobility, response time, and overall performance in athletic events.

• What products do you use in administering your services?
  
  Lavender Cologne:
  Made from a divine combination of Lavender, Rosemary, Thyme, Bergamote, and Ginger, our Lavender Cologne works wonders in inducing deep relaxation and toning your skin. It relaxes your joints, boosts your circulatory and nervous systems and improves immunity.
  Rose Cocktail:
  We generally recommend Rose Cocktail for women since it has a strong floral scent. Its oil is extracted from hand-picked pink rose buds and the addition of geranium and peach gives you the sweet taste of calm in an instant. It tones your skin and diminishes the appearance of wrinkles. Repeated use adds a soft glow to your skin, making it look young and supple.
  Sandal Saffron:
  As the name suggests this product uses the right balance of sandalwood and saffron to cleanse and heal your skin. It gives your skin an instant glow by stimulating your nerve endings. It is especially effective in treating sensitive, dry, chapped or inflamed skin.
  De-stress Oil:
  Our De-stress Oil is the antidote to all your aches. The balanced combination of ginger, wintergreen, eucalyptus, camphor and rosemary relieves pains and aches. It generates heat to relax inflammation and numbs nerve-endings to reduce pain.
